Our fertilizers fall into two categories; Liquid and solid (slow-release). Both types are derived from organic sources, but they differ in their physical form and application methods.
1. Soil Magic
Slow-release Fertilizer
In form of granules, pellets, or powders.
Composed of organic matter, such as compost, manure, or plant residues, enriched with beneficial microorganisms or nutrients.
Application:
- Incorporating them into the soil during planting or by top-dressing around established plants.
- The granules or powders gradually release nutrients as they break down.
Benefits:
- Provides a slow-release source of nutrients to the plants over time.
- They enhance soil fertility, improve soil structure, and promote microbial activity, resulting in long-term benefits for plant growth.
2. Soil Magic
Liquid Fertilizer
Liquid form that contains a suspension of beneficial microorganisms, such as nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria, or mycorrhizal fungi.
Application:
- Applied by mixing them with water then applying the solution to the soil or plants.
- Sprayed onto the leaves (foliar application) or directly applied to the soil (root application).
Benefits:
- Easily absorbed by plants and can quickly provide nutrients and beneficial microorganisms to the roots or leaves.
- They are also convenient to apply on a large scale.
